If you have a theme or concept that you want us to follow, you can relay your requirements, we’ll design it on 3D CAD, create a virtual picture and present to you for your approval before the construction starts.The core material is Styrofoam(R), we can make any shape or size, however depending on the complexity it may require some assembly at your end. We can assist with assembly. We try to ship every component assembled as much as possible, but due to shipping conditions, certain fragile components may need to be shipped separately and require assembly.
EXAMPLE (1): As the dimensions are dictated to us, we create a virtual image of the end product and present to you. Once the design is approved, the individual components are precision cut at the plant to exact specifications.
EXAMPLE(2): The client requires a special setup, such as pictured. We create a virtual image of the end result. Once approved, we start the actual production.
