includes the lights at four corners of the
cake base. The cake is placed on
center as pictured (the cake and the
topper are not included), ribbon around
the base with bow, and the faux
greenery and fine decorative
embellishments are included. It fits on
top of a standard cart table. The cake
base is for standard 12" diameter or
